When will my order arrive?


Between 2-4 weeks. All T shirts are printed to order so we do not have them in stock all the time.  Your order will be sent for printing as soon as it is placed.  Once printed it will be dispatched via DHL Global Mail.

Important:  Signature necessary to take delivery.  Please have someone present.  If the postal staff cannot deliver, they will return the package to us and you will have to pay additional charges for re-shipment.

Who will deliver my T shirt?


Your T shirt will be delivered by your local Postal authority.

What is the status of my order?


You can know the current status of your order through the Track Your Order page.  Once the order status turns to “Shipped” you can use DHL Global Mail tracking site to track your shipment.  Your tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Note:  Tracking details may not be up to date.  Please be patient if your order seems “stuck” at one place for long.

What about Customs?


 As customs rules in various countries can frequently change, this can cause delays, and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, Heretic Wear is not liable for any additional customs taxes or duties, or if any specific item was prohibited or confiscated by the receiving country.

It is recommended that you investigate the relevant local laws in your country.

How do I return or exchange something I bought?


 Please do not return the product to the address on the package.  Refer to the Returns and Refunds page for detailed information.

I ordered the wrong size.  Can I change it?


The sooner you contact us about wrong size orders the better.  Once we send the T shirts for printing, we have very little control over it, so if we receive your mail about wrong size orders say within a day of your ordering, we may be able to hold your order and print on the correct size T shirt.  However if the T shirt has already been printed, then it will be shipped to you, and you will have to go through our return and replacement procedure in order to get it replaced.

How do I change the address on my order?


If the product is not yet shipped you can send a request to us through the contact us page and we might be able to help you out.  However this cannot be guaranteed.

What if I don’t receive my order within 4 weeks?


If your order hasn’t reached you within 3 weeks, the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. You’d be surprised how often this is the case!

If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, you’ve allowed a reasonable time for your local customs to peek at your awesome new stuff, and your local post office was not able to help, contact us and we’ll see what we can do. When contacting us, please let us know your order number and the full correct delivery address so we can help you as soon as possible.  If your package is lost in transit, you will be given an equivalent store credit.

Will the colours on the T shirt fade after a few washes?


 No.  The designs are printed using Direct To Garment technique and on premium quality bio-wash T shirts to ensure that the designs stay vibrant through hundreds of washes.
